The employees really have their act together - the manager really knows how to run an efficient business! The only negative I have is that the checkOUT process sometimes takes longer than the check-in or the actual appointment itself.

I rated this a 5 star because the Hygienists are fun to talk to and they're really nice (unlike the other dentist I used to go to) and I have something to look forward to when I go there instead of it just being a plain old dentist visit. That's why I prefer here over any other place.

I live in charles town, Wv and it is so hard to find a good dentist in our area for children let alone for adults. Thank god for pediatric dental center of Fredrick, Maryland. They saved my son's smile and continue to make sure he's never afraid of the dentist! Everyone is busy but they guinuinly care about your family. And that's why I've stayed with them for 3 years and counting :)
